Job Description

Kapital is seeking an ambitious, motivated, self-starter who is passionate about sales and working in tech. We’re growing and currently looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team, spread our brand message and attract new B2B customers.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through highly targeted outbound prospecting
  • Research and learn about prospects
  • Cold calling and multi-touch sales activity
  • Articulate Kapital’s product and service value propositions
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing and Business Development teams to drive pipeline growth
  • Meet the agreed upon expectations of metrics and activities (calls and emails)
  • Maintain contact lists and CRM
  • Prepare weekly sales reports for management
  • Contribute to the development of innovative sales strategies
  • Other tasks, as needed, to generate new business

    We are excited about you if you have

    • 1+ years inside sales experience, bonus if it’s B2B sales experience in payments or fintech
    • Proven track record with new account development
    • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to meet deadlines and quotas
    • Capacity to adapt to changing environments
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment and professionalism
