Kapital is seeking an ambitious, motivated, self-starter who is passionate about sales and working in tech. We’re growing and currently looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team, spread our brand message and attract new B2B customers.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through highly targeted outbound prospecting
- Research and learn about prospects
- Cold calling and multi-touch sales activity
- Articulate Kapital’s product and service value propositions
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing and Business Development teams to drive pipeline growth
- Meet the agreed upon expectations of metrics and activities (calls and emails)
- Maintain contact lists and CRM
- Prepare weekly sales reports for management
- Contribute to the development of innovative sales strategies
- Other tasks, as needed, to generate new business
We are excited about you if you have
- 1+ years inside sales experience, bonus if it’s B2B sales experience in payments or fintech
- Proven track record with new account development
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and quotas
- Capacity to adapt to changing environments
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment and professionalism
- Drive to learn and continually develop oneself
