Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert them to new customer accounts
- Network to acquire new business and build strong referral connections
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to increase sales of existing accounts
- Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
- Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
- Follow up with clients and increase sales of existing accounts
- Represent our product/brand at industry-specific shows and conferences
- Conduct product demonstrations
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
- Report on team and individual performance
- Prepare weekly sales reports for management
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
- Other tasks, as needed, to generate new business
We are excited about you if you have
- Minimum 3 years of software payments solution and/or fintech industry experience
- B2B sales experience
- Experience as a supervisor or manager
- Existing industry contacts
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and quotas
- Capacity to adapt to changing environments
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Flexible and willing to travel
