Kapital is seeking a motivated, organized and ambitious candidate responsible for facilitating all HR functions and programs.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting
- Participating in initiatives at any level of the employee lifecycle (hiring, employee orientation, disciplinary action, and termination)
- Updating employee policy manual
- Maintaining employee files and administrative documents
- Answering employee inquiries and maintaining employer-employee relations
- Preparing internal communications
- Managing employee benefits
- Processing payroll and managing vacation, timesheets, etc.
- Resource planning and managing employee retention and rewards program
- Planning employee training initiatives
- Other HR related tasks as requested by Management
We are excited about you if you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, human resources, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Good working knowledge of HR legal compliance
- Strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (French is an asset)
- Responsible, reliable, and discreet
- Detail oriented, organized, ability to multitask and to work under pressure
- Ability to work well with a team, as well as, independently
Work schedule: Monday-Friday
