Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our computer systems, software and network
- Setup and support personal computer and shared equipment
- Participate in writing functional requirement documents and guides.
- Execute specific tests as required by the development team;
- Discover bugs and enter this information in the bug database
- Support for existing code, code optimization and refactoring.
- Make meaningful contributions to a product that people rely on in their day-to-day business operations.
- Open and close service requests, as well as manage the classification, assignment, tracking, and completion of requests or incidents.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in IT support or related field
- Good working knowledge with .NET (C# / VB.NET)
- Good working knowledge with JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, JQUERY, HTML
- Good working knowledge with relational databases (MS SQL)
- Familiar with Git or TFS
- Highly Analytical and detail-oriented.
- Passionate about learning new technologies, changing programming languages and manners if needed, and working in a fast-paced team
Desired/Plus
- Experience with .NET Core
- Experience with the Azure cloud platform
